We reserve the right to remove you from the property, collect your deposit and ask for further compensation under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Not all of the keys have been returned
(2) Property has been damaged
(3) We have received noise complaints during your stay
(4) You have been reported for having a party
(5) The police has been called because of your behaviour
(6) You have smoked inside of the apartment, common areas or balcony
(7) You have left garbage in common areas
(8) There are missing items after your check-out
(9) Your car has been towed in front of the building
(10) You have mistreated our staff, colleagues or neighbours
